Terms & Conditions

Licensed by the Ohio Department of Agriculture and bonded in favor of the State of Ohio, Pennsylvania, West Virginia, and Virginia.

1. All buyers must register and receive a bid number. Proper and adequate identification will be required.

2. No item will be removed until full payment is received.

3. Payment will be by cash, acceptable check, Credit Card. $30.00 Returned Check Fee. 5% Buyers Premium in effect.

4. When the auctioneer designates a lot or item is sold, title passes to the purchaser and thereafter the property will be their sole risk and responsibility.

5. No guarantee or warranty is expressed or implied as to correctness, description, authenticity, genuineness or condition.

6. Any items left after scheduled pickup times will be forfeited and sold at the following auction to benefit Local Charities.

7. PBA, Inc. does not restrict its employees or officers from taking part in any auction in states where permissible.

8. Any announcement at the time of the sale will take precedent over printed material.

9. Auctioneer has the right to accept or refuse any and all opening bids.

10. Any item or condition, not covered hereunder will be determined at the discretion of the auctioneer.

11. If you the buyer do not agree with any of the previously stated terms and conditions, we respectfully ask that you turn inyour bid card as the auction method may not be for you.

Pick up

• All items purchased must be paid in full the day of the auction. Once an item has been checked out with our cashiers, customers may hand carry items to their vehicle. If larger items have been purchased in which a customer may need assistance, forklift operators are available. However, at no time during the sale are forklifts or other vehicles permitted to run inside the auction building. Loading will take place up to 2 hours after the last item is sold on the day of the auction and between 8am and 11am the day following each sale.
  
  

Security

• We do our best at Paranzino Brothers Auctioneers to supply the best security at each exit. Each customer is required to show a paid-in-full receipt for their items at the exit before removal is permitted. Please understand however, that once the auctioneer declares an item sold, responsibility for that item lies with the buyer.
